王明亮同志，男，陕西延川人，生于1968年5月，中共党员，政治经济学硕士研究生，西安华西专修大学校长、法人；同时任西安市收藏协会会长。在西安翻译学院工作13年，曾担任团委书记、科长、处长、副主任、主任，是全国民办高校中第一个自己培养的党员。拥有渊博的知识、超人的胆略和十几年从事民办教育事业的丰富经验。1999年10月承办了第一届全国民间收藏品展览会，及全国省、市收藏协会会长研讨会；2002年出任西安华西大学校长，提出“教育扶贫，信贷助学” 的教育新理念，托起贫困学子的大学梦；2005年被评为中国优秀民办教育家。先后资助了数千名贫困学生完成学业，走上工作岗位。
　　Wang Mingliang, born in May 1968, is a member of Communist Party of China; he has received master degree in political economy. Once he was appointed as secretary of the committee of young league, Section Officer, Section chief, Vice-Dean, Dean at Xi’an Translators College. He has erudite learning, superhuman courage and resource, and much experience of private education for more than ten years. In 2002, he has taken up the post of President of Xi an Huaxi University, and brought forward “Educate and aid the poor, Credit gives financial aid to students”, which is a new theory of education. And set off the college dream of poor students.
